Job Description : FERTILIZER SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – UGANDA We are looking for an experienced Agriculture/Fertilizer Sales professional to lead sales, market development and distribution activities in Uganda & the East African market. ???? The ideal candidate should have strong experience in: • Fertilizer / Agricultural Inputs / Crop Nutrition sales • Sales & market development • Distributor & dealer management • Farmer & commercial farm relationships • Agricultural cooperatives • Sales target achievement • Team hiring, training & management • Field demonstrations, workshops & farmer engagement • Sales forecasting & market analysis Technical knowledge preferred: • Organic fertilizers & organic farming • NPK ratios • Soil pH & soil health • Fertilizer application • Benefits of organic matter • Carbon-sequestration benefits of organic farming Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute sales strategies ? Build the fertilizer market across Uganda & East Africa ? Develop distributors, dealers and key customers ? Conduct farmer meetings, field days and product demonstrations ? Handle sales forecasting and reporting ? Coordinate product distribution and inventory availability ?
