Job Description : Director Projects | Renewable Energy | India We are partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy platform to appoint a Director Projects who will lead the development and delivery of utility-scale wind, solar, hybrid and energy storage projects across India. This is a leadership mandate spanning the full project lifecycle: providing technical and execution input during investment evaluation, then taking accountability from Investment Committee approval through Ready-to-Build, construction, COD and handover to Asset Management. The role will lead land acquisition, permitting, grid connectivity, engineering, EPC execution, project controls, HSE and commissioning. It will also build the teams, governance and PMO capabilities needed to support a multi-gigawatt portfolio. We would be keen to connect with leaders who bring: Approximately 15–20 years of experience in power or renewable energy Proven leadership across both project development and project delivery Experience managing multiple concurrent utility-scale projects Strong commercial, contracting and stakeholder management capability A track record of building high-performing teams and scalable project systems Experience with an IPP, developer or integrated infrastructure platform would be particularly relevant.
