Job Description : Managing Director Based in Dubai AED 60,000 plus executive level benefits We are seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead the growth and development of a UAE-based digital marketing agency. Reporting directly to the Board, the Managing Director will hold full responsibility for the agency’s strategic direction, commercial performance, operational delivery, and organizational growth. The role requires a commercially driven agency leader with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, an established client network, and a proven track record of growing and managing a marketing agency or comparable professional services business. Requirements - Proven senior leadership experience within a digital marketing or integrated marketing agency. - Demonstrated track record of successfully growing an agency or comparable professional services business. - Strong commercial background with demonstrable responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and P&L. - Established network of clients and senior decision-makers within the UAE and wider GCC marketing ecosystem. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, creative, content, branding, and integrated marketing services.
