Candidate requirements: ?Prior experience as Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, Executive Assistant Manager, or similar senior hotel operations role. ?Strong Food & Beverage background with a well-rounded hotel operations experience across Rooms and Guest Services. ?Proven financial and commercial acumen with an in-depth understanding of budgeting, revenue management, labour controls, and profitability. ?Hands-on leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences. ?Well-developed understanding of hotel market dynamics within Sydney or other major capital city markets, including demand drivers, competitive positioning, and commercial opportunities.
