General Manager

Job Description : General Manager | Offshore | Dubai I'm currently supporting a ship management business operating a fleet of offshore vessels in the search for a commercially driven General Manager. This is not purely an operational leadership role. The business is looking for someone who can lead from the front commercially, develop client relationships, identify growth opportunities, win new business, and help drive the next phase of expansion, whilst maintaining oversight of vessel operations, safety and performance. I am keen to speak with maritime leaders who bring: • Strong offshore vessel experience • Ship management leadership background • Proven business development and commercial success • Experience growing client relationships and revenue streams • The ability to bridge operational excellence with strategic growth A rare opportunity to take on a highly influential role with significant visibility across both the operational and commercial sides of the business.
