Job Description : Business Head Kuwait Qatar | Oman Location Function Middle East / Qatar International Business - Business Leadership We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead and drive business growth across Kuwait, Qatar & Oman for a leading consumer-focused organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall business strategy across Kuwait, Qatar and Oman. Own revenue, profitability and market- share objectives. Develop market-specific GTM strategies. Lead distributor and key customer relationships. Drive channel expansion and strengthen market coverage. Identify new business opportunities across categories, channels and geographies. Own business planning, forecasting, pricing and commercial strategy. Monitor competitive and market developments. Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance. Build and lead high-performing teams. Drive sustainable and profitable business growth across the region. Ideal Candidate 15-20+ years of relevant International Business/GCC experience. Strong hands-on experience across Kuwait, Qatar and Oman; broader GCC experience may also be considered. FMCG/Consumer / Beauty & Personal Care experience preferred. Proven experience independently managing a sizeable regional business. Strong P&L and commercial ownership. Extensive distributor management experience. Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on market execution. Strong and stable career trajectory with progressive leadership responsibility. Candidates currently based in the Middle East will be preferred.
