Job Description : CFO EDIBLE OIL INDIA 20 -25 years experience of handling comprehensive systems Finance & Accounts, Banking, MIS, Balance Sheet finalisation, Accounts Finalisation, Working Capital,Budgetary Process, Credit & Risk Controls, Legal, Forex, Treasury, Financial Institutions/Banks relation,Risk and Finance & accounts experience out of which 8-10 years of working with large Indian corporates exp is must. - Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places from Preferred Industry : Edible oil/ Agri/Agro Commodity / Steel/Export/Import/ FMCG/Pharma/ Agri/Consumer Goods and Food Processing. Job Profile : - Oversee the issuance of financial information Accounts, Forex, Treasury, MIS, Working Capital,Risk, Finance and Finalisation of Balance sheet /Accounts - Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives - Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans - Develop financial and tax strategies - Manage the capital request and budgeting processes - Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction - Coordination with various departments & external agencies and keep management updated on business operations and prospects of the Company. - Detailed Monitoring/analysis of company workings on periodic basis & subsequent reporting to top management of the Company. - Will be responsible for Corporate Budgetary Control and maintain good relation with banking & Financial institutes.
