Job Description : Head – Facilities & Property Management UAE We are seeking a seasoned Facilities & Property Management professional to lead strategic and operational management of a large, multi-city corporate facilities portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end facilities operations covering Engineering, Soft Services, Cafeteria, Transport, Space Management, and Workplace Experience. Develop facilities strategy, governance frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and service standards across locations. Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, cost optimization, vendor contracts, commercial negotiations, and service delivery. Ensure statutory compliance, workplace safety, risk management, business continuity, and regulatory requirements. Drive employee-centric workplace initiatives, sustainability, ESG, energy efficiency, and workplace transformation. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on expansion, consolidation, and workplace modernization. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing facilities teams across regions. 20+ years of experience in Facilities/Property Management, with 4+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing large, multi-city or multi-site operations. Strong knowledge of engineering systems, compliance, budgeting, vendor management, and risk management. Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and people leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field; MBA/PG qualification preferred. Certifications such as IFMA, RICS, CoreNet, PMP, or NEBOSH are desirable.
