OPERATIONS AND RETAIL MANAGE

Job Description : OPERATIONS AND RETAIL MANAGER FIJI Multi-Store Operations Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores across the assigned territory. Ensure all stores consistently achieve operational, sales, customer service, and profitability targets. Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all locations. Conduct regular store visits to monitor operational standards, staff performance, customer service, merchandising, and compliance. Conduct periodic operational and inventory audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Sales & Business Performance Drive sales growth and revenue performance across multiple stores. Work closely with Store Managers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor key retail KPIs including sales revenue, conversion rate, average transaction value, basket size, customer footfall, and productivity. Analyse store-level performance and develop action plans for underperforming locations. P&L & Cost Management Review and analyse store-level Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. Monitor operating expenses, payroll, utilities, maintenance, and other store costs. Develop and manage regional/store operating budgets. Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs while maintaining operational standards. Inventory & Supply Chain Management Oversee inventory management across multiple stores. Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and distribution teams to ensure timely product availability. Monitor stock levels and minimize stockouts, overstocking, dead stock, and inventory discrepancies. Supervise stock transfers between stores and warehouses as required. Monitor inventory turnover and ensure effective product allocation. Preferred candidate profile 10+ years of progressive experience in retail operations management. Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple stores / regional or district operations. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, or a related field preferred. Experience managing Store Managers and multi-location retail teams. Strong experience in sales, inventory management, P&L management, and retail operations. Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, ERP, and retail analytics tools. Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and financial metrics. Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 5075%, across the assigned store network.
