Job Description : Head of Construction & Projects | Ghana We are hiring for a Head of Construction & Projects position with a leading QSR / Hospitality Group in Accra, Ghana. ???? Location: #Accra, #Ghana ???? Age Limit: Maximum 45 years ?? Relocation: Candidates must be comfortable relocating to #Ghana and travelling across West Africa as required. Key Requirements: • 10+ years of construction/project management experience • Experience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, F&B or multi-site rollout preferred • Strong experience in new store/outlet construction and fit-outs • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong CAPEX, budgeting and cost-control experience • Contractor, consultant and vendor management • MEP, HVAC, kitchen equipment and fit-out coordination • Multi-site maintenance experience • Team leadership and project governance • International/Africa/West Africa experience will be an advantage • Willingness to travel across Ghana and West Africa Role Includes: End-to-end new store construction, refurbishment, project delivery, CAPEX management, contractor management, maintenance, vendor development, team building and supporting expansion into new West African markets.
