Job Description : MANAGER – WAREHOUSE, INVENTORY & PROCUREMENT ???? Location: Nigeria, West Africa ???? Experience: 8–12 Years ???? Department: Commercial / Supply Chain We are looking for an experienced Warehouse, Inventory & Procurement professional to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, material planning, and procurement coordination for industrial/project operations in Nigeria. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Manage warehouse operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance. • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control through ERP systems. • Implement FIFO/FEFO, binning, labelling, housekeeping, and material traceability practices. • Conduct periodic stock counts, audits, reconciliations, and investigate inventory variances. • Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and optimise stock levels. • Coordinate with Procurement teams for RFQs, vendor follow-ups, purchase orders, deliveries, and material schedules. • Support material planning based on project requirements and schedules. • Coordinate material dispatches and maintain project-wise material allocation and consumption records. • Prepare inventory, procurement, vendor performance, and management reports. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, ISO, HSE, and quality requirements. • Prevent inventory losses, pilferage, and unauthorised material movements. ???? Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. • 8–12 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, procurement, or supply chain management. • Experience handling materials for Industrial, Power Plant, Solar, EPC, Manufacturing, or Engineering Projects. • Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems; Dynamics NAV experience is preferred. • Experience in inventory management, material planning, procurement coordination, and vendor management. • Experience managing multi-location warehouses is an advantage. • Solar EPC and import procurement experience will be an added advantage. • Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. ???? Preferred Certifications: CIPS | APICS | PMP | ERP Certification MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
