Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred. - Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in Finance Director, or senior financial leadership role. - Strong experience in financial strategy, planning, reporting, and risk management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - International or multinational company experience is highly preferred. - Willingness to relocate to Yangon, Myanmar.
