Job Description : COO / Business Head – Food Business BR5IGHTON UK Open to International candidates We are looking for an accomplished and entrepreneurial COO / Business Head to lead and scale a growing Food Business. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a business leader who brings strong P&L ownership, operational excellence, business expansion and people leadership experience within the Food/F&B ecosystem. What we’re looking for: ???? 15–22+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to the Food / F&B / Food Services industry ???? Proven experience in a COO / Business Head / CEO / Operations Head / Regional Business Head or similar leadership role ???? Strong track record of P&L ownership, revenue growth and profitability improvement ???? Experience in managing and scaling multi-unit operations ???? Strong understanding of food operations, supply chain, procurement, food costs, quality and customer experience ???? Experience driving business expansion, new formats/locations and operational scalability ???? Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams ????
