QUALITY DIRECTOR

Job Description : QUALITY DIRECTOR USA Open to International candidates Director of Quality Assurance with a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Indiana. Re-location support will be provided. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced QA professional with a strong background in GMP manufacturing environments, quality systems, regulatory inspections, and external manufacturing oversight. Key areas of focus include: • Manufacturing Quality leadership across commercial and development-stage products • Quality Systems, including CAPA, Change Control, Audits, Supplier Quality and Product Disposition • Inspection readiness and interactions with FDA and international regulatory agencies • Oversight of CMOs, suppliers and third-party laboratories • Building and developing high-performing Quality teams • Driving quality culture and continuous improvement across the organization
