Job Description : HR DIRECTOR | UAE | AED 40K–50K We’re partnering with a leading UAE organisation to appoint an experienced HR Director to lead HR for a large-scale, labour-intensive and safety-critical business operation. This is a high-impact operational HR leadership role, reporting directly to the BU CEO. We’re looking for someone with: ?? 10–15 years’ HR experience ?? 5+ years in labour-intensive operations ?? Experience supporting 3,000+ FTEs ?? Strong UAE Labour Law & Employee Relations expertise ?? Multi-site, frontline & shift-based workforce experience ?? Workforce planning, cost control & productivity expertise ?? Experience in waste, utilities, infrastructure, FM, industrial services or similar sectors ?? Strong HSE/safety-critical environment exposure ?? Proven senior stakeholder and HR team leadership experience
