Job Description : Sales & Marketing Manager (FMCG / Trading) for Ghana West-Africa. Salary: Up to USD 1500 (Negotiable) Net PM Experience: Min 7 to 8 Years Expatriate Benefits: Accommodation, Food/Local Allowances, Utilities, Transportation, Basic Medical Facilities, Visa & Ticket Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for African and Asian markets. * Manage daily sales and business operations to achieve revenue and growth targets. * Identify new markets, customers, distributors and business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and business partners. * Manage sales executives and monitor their daily performance and targets. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery and customer service. * Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing and market trends. * Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills. * Willingness to travel internationally as required.
