Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER DUBAI FOR INJECTION MOULDING 15-20 years experience Oversee production operations to ensure efficient use of resources, meeting quality standards, and achieving productivity targets. Manage plant operations, including maintenance schedules, inventory control, and supply chain management. Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, logistics, and procurement. Desired Candidate Profile 15-20 years of experience in Injection Moulding or Plastic Injection Molding with a strong background in Production Management or Manufacturing Management. Experience in Pipe fittings moulding is MUST MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization). CIPET - PG Diploma is mandatory Good experience in Mould design and mould design Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial projects involving complex machinery operation. Strong understanding of Plant Operations, Production Operations, Production Management principles.
