Job Description : HEAD – FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT (FD) Ireland Open to International candidates Are you an experienced Formulation Development professional ready to lead innovation and drive product development? looking for a strategic and experienced Head – Formulation Development (FD) to lead end-to-end formulation development across oral and parenteral small-molecule generic drug products. ???? Key areas of expertise: • Oral solid dosage forms, liquids & injectables • QbD-based product development & optimization • Scale-up & technology transfer • CMO management & commercial execution • ANDA/CTD regulatory submissions • Team leadership & talent development • Lifecycle management & portfolio strategy ???? What we're looking for: ? M.Pharm / M.S. (Pharm) / Ph.D. in Pharmacy or related field ? 12–18+ years of formulation development experience ? Strong leadership experience in managing formulation teams and development projects ? Experience with regulated markets such as USFDA, EMA & other international market
