PLASTIC PRODUCTION

Job Description : PLASTIC PRODUCTION ENGINEER DUABI Plan production activities on the shop floor to meet customer requirements and company goals. Oversee daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards. Manage manpower handling, including supervision of production staff and implementation of kaizen initiatives. Coordinate shift planning, plant operations, factory operations, extrusion processes, PVC pipe manufacturing, rejection control, shop floor management, and 5S system maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Increase productivity and reduce production costing Ensure Quality of the products Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in plastic industry with expertise in production engineering or related field. Must be expert in PVC /HDPE pipe Extrusion. Strong understanding of production management principles and practices. Proficiency in controlling reject rates through effective process optimization techniques. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
