Oversee the entire lifecycle of organizational assets, including procurement, maintain proper tracking, maintenance and disposal .Develop and implement assets management policies and procedures. .Implement inventory management and control systems. Logistics Management: Recruit , Manage and regular inference to logistics operations of the organisation with at most care and improve efficiency for cross functional team to create customer delight .Coordinate with courier/cargo partners and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and security of all company facilities, Maintain Annual contracts , renew licenses and maintain compliances on time. . Plan and execute space utilization strategies for optimal efficiency. Negotiate with Lessors and control real-estate cost .Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to administration, asset, and logistics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other department heads to achieve seamless cross-functional integration.
