Job Description : Managing Director for a growing SME manufacturing business in the South of England. This is a pivotal leadership appointment for someone who can combine commercial instinct with operational credibility, building high-performance, culturally engaged teams, putting customers at the heart of the business, and navigating complex, highly regulated manufacturing supply chains. We’re keen to speak with a proven MD, or an exceptional commercial/operational leader ready for their next step, who can demonstrate: - Full P&L ownership within a manufacturing business - A customer-facing track record, accountable for revenue, profitable growth and delivery - Strong operational and supply-chain leadership - Experience of complex manufacturing within highly regulated markets or sectors - The ability to create an engaged, high-performing culture
