Job Description : PLANT HEAD – INJECTION MOULDING TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma ???? Key Responsibilities & Skills • Strong expertise in Plastic Injection Moulding Operations. • In-depth knowledge of injection moulding machines, processes, tooling and mould maintenance. • Strong troubleshooting and process optimization / cycle-time reduction experience. • Manage Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room & Logistics functions. • Strong manpower and multi-shift team management experience. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma & TPM. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Experience in budgeting, cost control, CAPEX and plant-level P&L. • Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills. ???? Qualification B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in: • Mechanical Engineering • Production Engineering • Plastics Engineering • Equivalent technical discipline ???? Experience Profile • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Plastic Injection Moulding. • Prior experience as Plant Head / Operations Head / Unit Head / Manufacturing Head preferred. • Experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations and multi-functional teams will be an advantage. ????
