FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER ???? Muscat, Oman | We are looking for a Finance Manager to join a growing investment-focused organisation in Oman. This is a high-visibility role working closely with the Board and senior management, covering both financial management and investment analysis. What you'll be doing: Lead finance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting & cash-flow management Analyse new and existing investments, acquisitions & strategic opportunities Build financial models and conduct DCF, IRR, NPV, ROI & valuation analysis Support due diligence, funding and corporate finance initiatives Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board Manage banking, treasury, audit, tax & regulatory matters Strengthen financial controls, SOPs and reporting systems What we're looking for: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, including 5+ years in a similar role Experience within an investment company / asset management / family office environment GCC/Oman experience preferred Strong financial modelling, valuation & investment appraisal skills Excellent Excel and Board-level reporting/presentation skills High integrity, commercial thinking and strong stakeholder management If you are a hands-on finance professional who can go beyond accounting and contribute to investment and strategic decisions, we'd like to hear from you.
