| Retail Area Manager

Job Description : | Retail Area Manager – Qatar Multi-Store Retail Operations We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Area Manager to lead and manage multiple retail stores across Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience, and team performance across the assigned area. ???? Key Responsibilities • Manage the performance of multiple retail stores • Drive sales, revenue and profitability targets • Monitor store KPIs and implement corrective action plans • Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams • Conduct regular store visits and maintain operational standards • Analyze sales, customer traffic, conversion and basket size • Ensure effective staffing and workforce planning • Monitor inventory, stock accuracy and shrinkage • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and other departments • Support new store openings, promotions and retail projects • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and audit requirements ???? What We're Looking For ? 5–8+ years of retail operations experience ? 2–3+ years of multi-store/branch management experience ? Proven experience managing Store Managers and frontline teams ? Strong track record of achieving sales and operational KPIs ? Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills ? Bachelor's degree preferred ? Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory ? Willingness to travel across Qatar ? Good command of English ? Arabic language skills will be an advantage ? Knowledge of MS Office and POS/ERP systems We are looking for a strong people leader with a commercial mindset who can turn business insights into action, develop high-performing teams, and consistently improve store performance.
