Experience partnering with senior business & functional leaders ???? International / regional HR stakeholder exposure ???? Strong experience in Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, OD & L&D ???? Employee Relations experience ???? Manufacturing / Chemical / Industrial B2B background preferred ???? Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws / Plant HR exposure preferred ???? Strong strategic orientation with limited operational HR responsibilities
