Nationality: Indian We are looking for an experienced DGM – Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a leading industrial group in Nigeria. ???? Key Requirements: • 15–20 years of experience in Plastics Manufacturing • Strong experience in Plant/Manufacturing Operations • Hands-on experience with Husky or Sacmi equipment – Mandatory • Prior Nigeria manufacturing experience – Required • Experience in plant expansion, new line setup & equipment upgrades • Strong knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX, cost control & vendor negotiation • Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing & ISO 22000 • Strong leadership, team management & cross-functional coordination skills • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Plastics or related discipline ???? Key Responsibilities: ?? Lead overall manufacturing & production operations ?? Drive production targets, efficiency, yield & scrap control ?? Manage plant equipment reliability and maintenance ??
