Chief Supply Chain Officer

Job Description : Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) PAN EUROPE Open to Indian nationals with 25+ years experience Industry: FMCG/Beverages / Consumer Goods The CSCO will lead the complete supply chain value chain - Demand & Supply Planning, Strategic Procurement, Inventory, Stores & Warehousing, Primary Distribution, Fleet & Workshop, and SCM Analytics. The role will focus on ensuring: • Product availability and service reliability • Cost competitiveness and strategic sourcing • Working-capital optimisation • Supplier resilience and governance • Distribution and fleet productivity • Digital supply chain transformation • Safety, compliance and operational excellence What We're Looking For • 25 years of progressive Supply Chain leadership experience • At least 5 years heading a multifunctional SCM mandate • Experience in FMCG, beverages, food or consumer goods • Proven ex across procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics optimisation, working-capital improvement and service enhancement Strong understanding of ERP/MRP, S&OP/IBP, DMS, warehouse/fleet systems and analytics • Experience in governance, contracts. compliance, risk management, quality and safety • Engineering / Operations / Supply Chain/ Commerce background; MBA/PGDM preferred We are looking for a leader who can build an agile, data-led and integrated supply chain, while creating strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales acros Manufacturing, Finance, QSE, Commercial, IT and other business functions.
