Job Description : NPD – PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING HAMBURG GERMANY Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience A leading Plastic Injection Molding Company is looking for experienced professionals for its New Product Development (NPD) team. ???? Industry: Plastic Injection Molding ???? Designation: Engineer / Sr. Engineer ???? Department: New Product Development (NPD) ???? Key Responsibilities • Manage New Product Development activities from concept to production • Review customer drawings & specifications and conduct Product Feasibility / DFM analysis • Coordinate with Tool Room, Production, Quality, Suppliers & Customers • Manage mold development, mold trials, sampling & process trials • Identify and resolve molding defects such as warpage, sink marks, flash, short shots, weld lines & dimensional variations • Support process optimization, cycle-time improvement & product transfer to production • Prepare NPD documentation, trial reports, development reports & PPAP/APQP documents • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion as per customer requirements ???? Candidate Requirements ???? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Plastics / Production / Tool & Die / Polymer Engineering ? Relevant experience in NPD / Product Development ? Hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Molding is mandatory ? Strong knowledge of Injection Molding Processes, Molds, Plastic Materials & Molding Defects ? Ability to understand 2D Drawings & basic 3D Models ? Strong problem-solving & cross-functional coordination skills ? Automotive / Engineering Plastic Components experience will be an added advantage
