Fleet Workshop Supervisor

Job Description : Fleet Workshop Supervisor Location: Al Quoz, Dubai We are looking for an experienced Fleet Workshop Supervisor / Automotive Workshop Supervisor to lead an internal fleet garage of approximately 100 vehicles, while remaining hands-on with complex mechanical and diagnostic repairs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily fleet workshop operations and mechanical team. 2. Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair. 3. Handle engine, gearbox/transmission, suspension, electrical and AC repairs. 4. Lead complex overhauls, timing and teardown work. 5. Conduct road tests, quality inspections and final sign-offs. 6. Manage preventive maintenance (PMI), job cards and turnaround time. 7. Oversee parts identification, fitment and quality control. 8. Ensure vehicles are prepared for RTA inspection and registration renewal. 9. Maintain workshop safety, productivity and fleet uptime. Requirements: ? 8–10+ years of automotive mechanical repair experience. ? 3+ years managing a fleet/commercial workshop or multi-bay garage. ? Strong hands-on experience with Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu and other Japanese/Asian vehicles. ? Expertise in OBD diagnostics, engine, transmission, electrical, AC and suspension systems. ? Strong team leadership amp; workshop management skills. ? Valid UAE Manual Driving License – Mandatory. ? Good command of English. ? European candidates preferred.
