Location Lagos, Nigeria Industry Upstream Oil & Gas Experience 15-18 Years KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide strategic leadership for upstream operations and assets. Oversee production, field operations, maintenance and operational performance. Drive production optimisation, operational efficiency and asset reliability. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business and production objectives. Ensure HSE standards, regulatory compliance and industry best practices. Lead operational planning, budgeting, cost control and resource optimisation. Monitor performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams. Work with technical, commercial and executive leadership to maximise asset value. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with regulators, partners and contractors. REQUIREMENTS 15-18 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas industry, with significant upstream experience. Proven senior leadership experience in oil & gas operations, production or asset management. Strong understanding of upstream operations and production processes. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and operational assets. Solid knowledge of HSE, regulatory compliance, operational risk and industry standards. Strong commercial, financial and strategic planning capabilities. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills. Ability to drive operational performance, efficiency and business growth.
