Job Description : Regional Assistant Director of Hotel Operations Vancouver, BC | $100,000–$130,000 + Bonus + Benefits Relocation support: Airfare and temporary accommodation available for candidates relocating to Vancouver I am hiring on behalf of a leading hospitality group for a newly created Regional Director of Hotel Operations position, based in Vancouver. The Role Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Assistant Director of Hotel Operations will support the operational performance of a portfolio of 10+ owned and managed hotels across North America. This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and hotel General Managers, providing operational guidance, driving standards, and supporting the continued performance and growth of the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Operations in overseeing operational performance across the hotel portfolio. Partner closely with General Managers to drive service standards, guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to hotel leadership teams. Review operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices. Build strong relationships with General Managers and property-level leadership.
