Job Description : SECURITY GENERAL MANAGER | QATAR We are seeking an experienced Security General Manager to lead and drive the growth, operational excellence, and commercial performance of a leading security services business in Qatar. Key Requirements: * Proven senior leadership experience within the Security / Guarding Services industry. * Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills. * Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, cost control, pricing, and commercial strategy. * Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, client retention, and operational efficiency. * Strong understanding of security operations, workforce management, compliance, and service delivery. * Proven experience managing large teams and strategic client relationships. * Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational performance into measurable financial results.
