Job Description : Head – Global Manufacturing –. Chemicals / Agrochemicals Role Lead global Manufacturing operations for the Chemical s Agrochemicals Business, driving Operational Excellence, Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost Optimisation & Capacity utilisation Across Multiple Sites & Geographies. Key Responsibilities Develop & Execute the Global Manufacturing Strategy & Footprint. Lead Multi-Site Manufacturing Performance Across Global locations. Drive Productivity, OEE, yield, Capacity Utilisation & Cost Optimisation. Ensure High Standards of EHS, Process Safety, Quality & Regulatory Compliance. Drive lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma & Continuous improvement. Lead CAPEX, Capacity Expansion, Debottlenecking & New plant Commissioning. Drive Automation, Digital Manufacturing & Advanced Process Technologies. Partner with Supply Chain, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Procurement & Commercial Teams. Build & Develop a Strong global Manufacturing leadership team. Drive Sustainability, Energy Efficiency & Resource Optimisation. Candidate Profile 20-25 years of Manufacturing / operations experience. Strong experience in Agrochemicals, Crop Protection or Specialty Chemicals. Proven Multi-Site & Global Manufacturing leadership experience. Strong Exposure to Technical Manufacturing & Agrochemical formulations. Experience in Process Safety, operational Excellence, CAPEX & Manufacturing Transformation. Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering Background Preferred; MBA Advantageous. Preferred Level Global Manufacturing Head / Global Operations Head / EVP / SVP / VP – Manufacturing Ideal Profile A Senior Global Manufacturing leader with Strong Agrochemical Manufacturing expertise, Multi-Site experience & a Proven Track Record in Safety, Productivity, Cost, Quality & Operational Transformation.
