Job Description : PHARMA OPERATION HEAD IRELAND ? Experience: 18+ Years ?? IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY: • Current Designation MUST be Head / equivalent leadership position. • Only Sterile Pharma Manufacturing background candidates are eligible. • Strong experience in overall sterile manufacturing plant operations required. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Overall leadership and strategic management of the Sterile Manufacturing Plant • Lead and coordinate Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse & Plant Operations • Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, /Domestic Plant and other applicable regulatory requirements • Drive end-to-end sterile manufacturing operations with focus on quality, productivity, compliance and timely delivery • Provide leadership for aseptic manufacturing, filling, visual inspection, packing and related sterile operations • Coordinate with QA/QC for QMS, deviations, CAPA, change control, investigations, validation and audit compliance • Oversee Engineering & Utilities including HVAC, purified water, WFI, cleanrooms and critical utilities • Ensure effective management of warehouse, material flow, inventory and supply continuity • Drive plant performance, operational excellence, cost optimization and productivity improvement • Lead regulatory/customer audits and ensure timely closure of observations • Develop and mentor senior functional teams and build a strong compliance-driven culture • Responsible for overall P&L/plant performance, manpower planning, capacity utilization and business targets, as applicable
