Key Responsibilities: • Own business performance, P&L and revenue growth • Lead multi-store retail operations and improve productivity • Drive customer experience, VM and store excellence • Manage commercial, category, inventory and supply chain coordination • Identify opportunities to improve sales, margins and store profitability • Lead new store openings and business expansion • Build and develop high-performing retail teams • Drive digital initiatives, analytics and retail innovation ???? Ideal Profile: • 15+ years of strong retail experience • Large-format / Premium Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle / FMCG / Consumer experience • Proven multi-location and large-team management experience • Strong P&L and commercial orientation • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and execution skills
