Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end multi-store retail operations • Drive sales, productivity, profitability & operational excellence • Ensure premium brand standards & customer experience • Monitor store KPIs and improve business performance • Lead, mentor & develop high-performing retail teams • Drive SOPs, compliance, governance & operational efficiency • Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, VM & Supply Chain • Contribute to business planning, budgeting & growth initiatives ???? Ideal Profile ? 12 years in Retail Operations ? Premium / Luxury / Fashion / Lifestyle retail experience preferred ? Tier-1 MBA – Mandatory ? Strong multi-store operations experience ? Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills ? Strong commercial and business acumen
