Experience:20+ Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury & Compliance functions • Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business strategy • Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team • Manage cash flow, working capital and cost optimization • Ensure strong financial controls, governance and regulatory compliance • Partner with business teams to support profitable growth and expansion • Lead and develop the finance team Ideal Candidate: ?? CA or equivalent qualification ?? 20+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Fashion / Retail / Consumer / FMCG ?? Strong experience in financial strategy, business partnering and P&L management ?? Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
