Job Description : Head of Construction and Projects ???? Location: ACCRA GHANA ???? Experience: 10+ Years We are seeking an experienced Head of Construction and Projects to lead construction, project delivery, refurbishment and maintenance activities for a growing multi-site business across #Ghana and West Africa. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead end-to-end construction and refurbishment projects from design through handover • Manage multiple projects while ensuring timelines, quality and CAPEX budgets are achieved • Manage contractors, consultants, architects, quantity surveyors and specialist vendors • Develop maintenance and PPM systems across multiple locations • Drive cost control, procurement, project governance and risk management • Build and lead a high-performing Projects and Maintenance team • Support new-market expansion across West Africa ???? CANDIDATE PROFILE ?? 10+ years of experience in Construction, Projects or Project Management ?? Strong experience handling multiple concurrent projects ?? Exposure to Retail, QSR, Hospitality, F&B, Commercial Real Estate or multi-site environments preferred ?? Strong knowledge of CAPEX, budgeting, contractor and vendor management ?? Experience managing maintenance operations across multiple locations ?? West Africa or multi-country experience will be an advantage ?? Willingness to travel across Ghana and other West African markets ???? Graduate in any discipline. Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related fields will be preferred.
