PLASTIC PRODUCTION HEAD

Job Description : PLASTIC PRODUCTION HEAD NIGERIA Lead production planning and factory operations across multi-location plastic manufacturing facilities. Monitor Plan vs Actual, productivity, OEE, rejection, scrap, standard weight and cycle time to improve plant performance. Oversee Injection & Blow Moulding operations, plant upkeep, preventive/breakdown maintenance and spare consumption. Manage input-output reconciliation, stock control and EPR vs physical stock variance. Drive manpower optimisation, cost control and reduction of factory expenses. Ensure adherence to SOPs, 5S, safety standards and administrative controls. Lead factory teams with a results-oriented approach, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Desired Candidate: - Education Qualification: B.E in Electrical / Mechanical / CIPET Experience: 16+ years of experience in plastic Industry specifically Injection & Blow Moulding. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Factory Manager / Plant Manager in a manufacturing setup. Should have managed large-scale factories with 50+ machines and handled multi-location factory operations.
