Job Description : General Manager– Supply Chain - API -( Active Pharma ingredients) - Mumbai . Role The Incumbent Would Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain Function of the Organisation. He / She Would Ensure Seamless Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Customer Fulfilment & S&OP Across API, Intermediates & Specialty Pharma Businesses. Woukd Drive Operational Excellence, Cost Optimisation, Digital Transformation & Supply Chain Resilience to Support the Organisation's Growth Strategy. Key Responsibilities To Lead End-To-End Supply Chain Operations. Develop Integrated Supply Chain Strategy Aligned With Business Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Production Planning. Optimise Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing & Logistics. Ensure High OTIF (On-Time In-Full) Customer Deliveries. Strengthen Supplier Development, Risk Mitigation & Business Continuity. Improve Working Capital through Inventory Optimisation. Drive Digital Supply Chain, ERP & Analytics Initiatives. Ensure Regulatory Compliance, Quality & EHS Requirements. Build High-Performance Teams & Leadership Capability. Partner With Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, Quality & R&D Functions. Desired Profile B.Tech. -Chemical Engineering MBA/PGDM Preferred. About 20 Years Of Progressive Supply Chain Experience in API , Pharma, Specialty Chemicals Or Life Sciences Is Essential. Strong Exposure To Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing Supply Chain , logistics , Warehouse Management & Customer Operations. Proven Experience In Large-Scale Business Transformation. Strong Understanding Of SAP/ERP, Digital Supply Chain & Data Analytics. Excellent Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Change Management & Communication Skills.
