If you understand the nuances of luxury Indian couture, artisan value chains, high-end retail, and turning creative concepts into scalable commercial success, this role is for you. What You Will Do * Scale the Business: Own the end-to-end P&L, drive aggressive topline growth, and build sustainable profitability. * Drive Retail & Operations: Spearhead premium retail operations, omnichannel expansion, and exceptional clienteling experiences. * Curate & Buy: Lead buying, merchandising, and assortment strategies aligned with the luxury Indian design aesthetic. * Partner with Design: Collaborate closely with designers and concept teams to translate creative visions into market-ready, high-demand collections. Who We Are Looking For * Proven experience building, scaling, or managing businesses within an established Indian designer brand or luxury multi-designer house. * Deep expertise across retail operations, P&L ownership, and design-led buying & merchandising. * A passion for Indian couture, textiles, and craftsmanship.
