Job Description : Business Unit Head (VP) INDIA – Plastics | Operations management cum Business Development Looking for a senior professional with 22–26 years of experience in Business Development, Pamp;L/Profit Centre amp; Cost Centre Management, Operations Management, and Plastic Injection Moulding. The candidate should have strong exposure to managing complete business operations, CAPEX, budgeting, cost optimization, productivity improvement, customer development, and strategic business growth. Expertise in plastic injection moulding processes, large-tonnage moulding, mould/tooling development, process improvement, capacity planning, manpower and resource management is essential. The role will involve developing new customers and business opportunities, managing key accounts, driving revenue and profitability, and ensuring operational excellence. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and team-management skills are required. Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. with MBA in Operations/Marketing preferred. Automotive/plastics manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
