Job Description : Maintenance Incharge | Mining Project – DRC Congo ????????** Are you an experienced Maintenance Professional looking for a new challenge in the mining sector? We are a growing mining contractor operating in the **Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)**, and we are looking for a highly skilled **Maintenance Incharge** to lead our technical team and manage our specialized fleet. **Our Fleet Includes:** * 33 LGMG Trucks (24 BCM capacity) * 06 Excavators (SANY 500) * 02 Dozers (SEM) * 01 Road Grader * 02 Wheel Loaders *. DG set *. LMV vehicles **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee all scheduled and emergency maintenance for the entire fleet. * Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize downtime. * Manage a team of mechanics and technicians. * Inventory and spare parts management. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** 8 to 10 years in heavy equipment maintenance (Mining/Construction). * **Technical Skills:** Deep knowledge of LGMG, Komatsu,SANY and SEM machinery. * **Location:** Willing to work on-site in DRC. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. **What We Offer:** * Competitive & Negotiable Salary based on experience. * Opportunity to work with a large-scale fleet in a dynamic environment. * Air ticket & yearly 1 month paid leave * Accommodation & food free * Experience in Africa is advantage.
