Job Description : QUALITY HEAD RAK/DUBAI UAE Industry Food Experience 20 Years Package Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Lead the complete Quality Assurance & Quality Control function. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. Drive audits, process improvements, and quality systems. Manage laboratory operations, documentation, and regulatory compliance it is a habit. Drive continuous improvement and reduction of quality-related issues. Prepare and review quality reports, trends, KPIs, and management reviews. Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance throughout the manufacturing process. Preferred Profile Extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Expertise in quality systems, food safety, and compliance. Proven track record of handling customer and regulatory requirements.
