Job Description : National Head – Operations | Facilities Management Native is mandated to hire a National Head – Operations for an Integrated Facilities Management organisation headquartered in Mumbai. We are looking for senior Operations leaders with: • 15–22 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management / Facilities Services • Strong experience in pan-India service delivery, including soft services, technical services and large-scale operations • Strong exposure to both client-side and service-provider environments, with an understanding of managing operations from both perspectives • Proven experience in managing regional operations, transition, key accounts, technical teams and service delivery across multiple locations • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to lead large teams and complex service environments • Exposure to hospitality, retail, malls, commercial or other large-scale built environments would be relevant • Based in Mumbai or open to relocating to Mumbai, with willingness to travel extensively across India
