Job Description : PLANT MANAGER (FLEXIBLE DEPARTMENT) KUWAIT We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager - Flexible Department to oversee the overall operations of our flexible packaging manufacturing facility in Kuwait. 5000 MIRAFLEX Position Plant Manager - Flexible Department Key Responsibilities Location Kuwait ? Manage and oversee the complete Flexible Manufacturing Plant operations, including production, printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, and relxlod processes. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, efficiency, and cost control. Monitor production planning, manpower utilization, machine performance, and overall operational efficiency. Coordinate closely with Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and HR departments. Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and reduce production waste, rejection, downtime, and operational costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations. Review daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs and prepare operational reports for management. Ensure preventive maintenance and timely resolution of machine-related issues in coordination with the Maintenance team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Investigate production issues and implement root-cause- based solutions. Ensure proper utilization and control of raw materials and finished goods. Support management in achieving overall business and operational objectives.
