Job Description : GROUP FINANCE CONTROLLER P Location: Abu Dhabi RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare and oversee group financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements. • Ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies. • Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting at group level. • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Oversee financial control processes and drive cost efficiency. • Manage treasury operations, cash flow and working capital at group level. • Ensure tax compliance and coordination with external auditors and regulators. • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. SEND CV: recruit@abcrecruitment.ae Financial Performance B BUDGET FORECAST FINANCIAL REPORTS RISK & COMPLIANCE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance. • Professional accounting qualification is required: CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent. • Strong experience in financial control, accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance. Previous experience in internal audit, internal controls, or risk management is highly preferred. • Strong experience in banking relationships, treasury operations, cash management, and financing facilities. • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements. • Experience working within a group structure or a multi-entity environment is highly preferred. ? Min 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE is a must.
