Operating out of their corporate headquarters in Mumbai, with advanced manufacturing facilities in Pune and a high-growth presence expanding to Bangalore, the organization is on an aggressive scale-up trajectory. We are seeking an agile, visionary, and execution-focused Head of Operations / Vice President – Operations to direct enterprise-wide operations, procurement, plant manufacturing, and supply chain networks across all locations. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Operational Leadership: Own complete operational performance across multi-site production facilities. Establish robust operational governance, scalable systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strict cost-optimization frameworks. Multi-Facility Manufacturing Excellence: Oversee manufacturing planning and execution across plants. Maximize throughput, plant utilization, quality standards, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Strategic Procurement & Resilient Supply Chain: Lead vendor development, strategic sourcing, and supply chain logistics to safeguard margin performance. Drive working capital efficiencies and high-velocity inventory turns. Multi-City Operational Bridge: Establish seamless alignment and operational rhythm across facilities in Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore, balancing standardized processes with agile local execution. Operational Digitization & Process Scale: Drive the adoption of advanced ERP systems, shop-floor automation, real-time analytics, and executive KPI dashboards to eliminate operational bottlenecks. Strategic Scale-Up Partnering: Collaborate directly with executive leadership to convert strategic business objectives into world-class operational capabilities. Candidate Profile & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mandatory). MBA from a premier tier-1 institution (IIMs, ISB, SPJIMR, XLRI, JBIMS, NMIMS, IIM Mumbai/NITIE, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Experience: 10+ years of overall operations experience, including at least 7–9 years in senior manufacturing leadership.
