Up to ?1 Crore CTC We are seeking a seasoned leader to work directly with the Chairman as a trusted advisor and independent sounding board. The role requires the judgment and confidence to challenge assumptions, evaluate strategic opportunities, and drive execution on key business priorities. Key Responsibilities • Advise on major business, investment and capital allocation decisions. • Evaluate expansion opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships and new ventures. • Support the proposed ?1,000 crore capital raise, including investor engagement and transaction structuring. • Provide independent perspectives on governance, succession and ownership-related matters. • Ensure strategic initiatives are executed with clear ownership, milestones and accountability. Ideal Profile • Former Group CFO, CEO, investment professional or seasoned board advisor. • Strong experience in finance, capital allocation and governance. • Operational expertise to challenge business assumptions, not just review numbers. • High integrity, discretion and the courage to disagree when necessary.
