Job Description : Greenfield Gold & Copper Mining Project | Mauritania An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a developing Greenfield Gold & Copper Mining Project in Mauritania as part of the senior leadership team responsible for shaping and delivering a world-class mining operation. We are seeking accomplished mining professionals with extensive experience in mine development, project execution, commissioning, and operational leadership within large-scale Gold and Copper mining environments. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in establishing operational excellence, building high-performing teams, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring the successful transition from project development to production. We are particularly interested in professionals with expertise in: • Mining Operations • Mineral Processing / Plant Operations • Geology & Resource Management • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) • Supply Chain & Logistics • Human Resources & Organizational Development • Project Controls & Mine Planning • Finance & Commercial Management Preferred Background ? Significant experience in Gold and/or Copper Mining Operations ? Proven involvement in Greenfield Mining Projects. ? Leadership experience within international and multicultural environments ? Strong track record in project delivery, operational performance, and stakeholder management ?
